Mandli on Embedding Barriers into Shallow Water Simulations with Applications to Storm Surge

Kyle Mandli, Assistant Professor of Applied Mathematics, presented a talk on "Embedding Barriers Into Shallow Water Simulations with Applications to Storm Surge" at the International Workshop on Shocks and Interfaces Workshop at the University of Oxford from July 3-5, 2019.

The three day workshop, supported by the European Union’s "Modelling and Computation of Shocks and Interfaces" training network, the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Partial Differential Equations, and the Oxford Solid Mechanics, featured leading researchers, along with early career researchers, to discuss advances in the field.
