APAM Students & Alumni Recognized in NSF GRFP Competition
Several Applied Physics majors and alumni have earned “Honorable Mention” distinctions in the highly competitive 2025 National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program (NSF GRFP). Their recognition is especially impressive in a year when the number of awardees and honorable mentions dropped significantly nationwide. Despite the tougher competition, these students stood out for their academic excellence and research potential, earning national acclaim in one of the most prestigious graduate fellowship competitions in the country.
